1. THE END ( Lines from the 1st chapter of BLACK COFFEE.)

Today was the day. It has come. The day when I had to leave Cardiff , the day I had been waiting since I came here. But it was unusual feeling, I was feeling bad. Why was I? After all I had been waiting for this since I came here for my studies. But I guess it was natural for all people, spending time creates intimacy. And the same thing happened to me. I would never forget Cardiff , where I spent my life’s five good years. The city had never treated me as stranger. The roads the parks and the lake everything welcomed me when I came here. And it feels they are saying me stay…. Don’t go!!! This was not the situation, yesterday I was so exited to go back to India , to meet my father, dadi, dadaji, manoj kaka. And sheru my horse. I had been making plans how and what I would do when I would be in India . I had been missing my father daily. And it was for whom I was returning back India . It was ...

BLACK COFFEE.

Love is Devine. Love is same as black coffee.                    The true blend of bitterness and sweetness with a refreshing aroma that attracts you and you get carried away by the magnificent taste. This is normal and most expected. Most of us don’t like black coffee, because we don’t know what the true taste is, same as the love. Once you sip the black coffee and once you fell in the love you would be knowing the difference, what these two can bring out in your life, one truly with the taste another with feeling.                    If you like the coffee with sugar then it is ok, but if you are a lover of coffee without sugar, it will be bitter in the taste. And love is also bitter some times, but you would like to be in it because you love to sip the coffee of your kind.      ...

It's All About.....

The sound often comes and goes, shivers me head to toes . i don't know why,it happens so, makes awake and let sleep go. Something in my mind troubling with memories of past some flickering, thought sometime to forget, all for which i regret . Closed the matter sat for a while, but it seemed me in exile. The elixir of my life was she herself, i loved her most , then my self. where the voice has gone, left me all alone, she was pretty  i ever saw, the way her talk, the way she walk. its all in the memories and can't let go. she was my cheer and smile , remains in my heart as a closed file. it's OK! not every time, again no one is going  to be mine. I booked my heart, for her, only her! only her! only her!

HRM differentiation benefiting talent management?

Despite investing more HR resources and practices into senior and high potential employees, organisations are not seeing the benefits, new research suggests.                  According to a joint report by Speechly Bircham and King’s College London, employers investing in talented individuals did not reap any benefits through overall levels of staff turnover, absence or organisational performance. The report suggests that these findings “could be related to recent critical thinking that talent management focuses too heavily on the individual – rather than the management of, say, key roles or teams within an organisation.”The group most likely to receive the greatest attention is ‘poor performers’ (47%). They are reported by almost half of organisations as receiving more HR resources than any of the other employee groups. The report claims that this reflects performance management systems in managing  under performing  staff ‘up’ or ...
